We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and resourceful HR Officer to join our team in Nigeria.

In this role, you will work closely with management and key stakeholders to support effective people management, champion positive employee relations, and ensure the seamless execution of daily human resources operations across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, CV screening, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and shortlisting.
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding, induction, probation tracking, confirmation, and exit processes for new hires and departing staff.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR databases, and prepare employment letters and HR correspondence.
  • Assist with leave management, attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and general employee administration.
  • Support performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and training activities.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Nigerian labor laws, maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven professional HR experience within the Nigerian business environment.
  • Solid understanding of general HR operations, recruitment practices, and the employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or digital HR tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and sound problem-solving judgment.
