We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team in Abuloma, Port Harcourt. In this role, you will play a vital part in streamlining our workforce operations, championing employee engagement, and aligning human resources strategies with our overarching business goals to guarantee exceptional productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the comprehensive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and oversee leave administration processes.
  • Implement and update company HR policies while ensuring strict compliance with Nigerian labour regulations and employment laws.
  • Handle employee relations proactively, resolving grievances, managing disciplinary matters, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, training programs, and professional staff development initiatives.
  • Support payroll-related HR activities and collaborate with finance to ensure seamless salary administration.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and provide strategic administrative support to the management team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience working in a dedicated Human Resources role.
  • Active professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an added advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, industrial relations, and modern HR best practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
