About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our growing team around the Chevron, Lekki, and Ajah axis in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving effective people management, enhancing employee relations, and streamlining daily HR operations to support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, seamless employee onboarding, and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain secure, up-to-date employee records and comprehensive HR databases.
  • Support performance management cycles and drive impactful employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate leave applications, attendance tracking, and general HR administrative tasks.
  • Support staff training, capacity building, and professional development initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll processing and administration of employee benefit programs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant Nigerian employment regulations.
  • Generate periodic HR reports and provide administrative support to the management team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in HR operations and generalist functions.
  • Active CIPM certification or membership is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR software systems.
