About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Officer to join our vibrant Human Resources team in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for approved vacancies.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate assessments seamlessly with hiring managers.
  • Prepare comprehensive recruitment reports and provide regular updates on open vacancies.
  • Support strategic workforce planning and manpower requirements across multiple operational locations.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee personnel records and HR databases.
  • Process employee documentation relating to appointments, confirmations, transfers, promotions, deployments, and exits.
  • Respond promptly to employee enquiries and provide expert guidance on internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and basic payroll and benefits administration processes.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Active CIPM membership or other relevant professional HR certification will be a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in Human Resources, preferably within logistics, transportation, fleet management, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration processes.
  • Good working knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits administration.
