About the Role
Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our administrative and human resources functions, helping us drive community development projects that empower vulnerable populations, particularly women and children. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the non-profit sector while contributing to meaningful social impact and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the HR and Admin department with day-to-day operations and staff management tasks.
- Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases accurately.
- Help coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, trainings, and organizational events.
- Draft internal memos, correspondence, minutes of meetings, and routine administrative documents.
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and facility maintenance requests.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
- Recent graduate or undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for non-profit work, community development, and humanitarian services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
