We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive human resources support across recruitment, employee relations, personnel administration, performance management, training, and employee records, ensuring full compliance with company policies and Nigerian employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and mobilisation of employees.
- Manage employee records, personnel documentation, and HR databases efficiently.
- Support workforce planning, manpower requirements, and rotational schedules for projects and operations.
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee welfare activities.
- Handle employee enquiries and support the prompt resolution of workplace issues and grievances.
- Coordinate performance management, appraisals, training, and professional development activities.
- Ensure adherence to Nigerian labour laws, employment regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Prepare regular HR reports, workforce statistics, and management documentation.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant human resources experience, preferably within the Oil and Gas or manufacturing sectors.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and experience supporting rotational or project-based workforces.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
