About the Role

Cutix Plc, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality electrical and automotive cables, is seeking a results-driven Mid-level HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations across our manufacturing workforce. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our organizational culture, supporting our workforce, and ensuring seamless HR administration in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, manage onboarding, and conduct comprehensive employee orientations.
  • Administer accurate employee records and maintain updated HRIS data.
  • Support payroll processing by accurately tracking attendance, leave records, overtime, and other payroll-related inputs.
  • Handle employee relations matters proactively and support the performance management cycle.
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HSE standards.
  • Coordinate employee training, engagement programs, and welfare initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial operations sector.
  • Strong, practical knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and statutory HR requirements including Pension, NHF, NSITF, and PAYE.
  • Active professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with high emotional intelligence.
