About the Role
Venmac Resources Limited is an emerging hospitality management company committed to delivering exceptional business solutions to 3-5 star hotels across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a versatile professional to drive our human resources functions and business development initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies, manage end-to-end recruitment, and oversee employee relations across Venmac-managed properties.
- Design and deliver specialized hotel training programs and support pre-opening and post-opening hotel operations.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including hotel management contracts, consultancy, software solutions, and training projects.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, negotiate contracts, and build lasting relationships with hotel owners, investors, and corporate clients.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to staff retention, training effectiveness, and revenue generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience combining HR operations and business development within the hospitality or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, hotel operations, pre-opening setups, and hospitality training standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively, manage stakeholder relationships, and travel as required to client locations.
