About the Role
Fadac Resources is partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to recruit a highly accomplished HR Manager to oversee both strategic and operational human resources functions. In this vital leadership role, you will partner directly with senior management to cultivate a high-performance culture, optimize organizational effectiveness, and drive comprehensive people strategies across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, recruitment, and selection processes to attract top-tier industry talent.
- Drive performance management systems, organizational effectiveness, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture programs.
- Oversee training, learning, career development, and leadership succession planning.
- Act as a trusted business partner to management, providing expert guidance on employee relations and HR policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional HR certifications are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience within FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or FinTech sectors.
