Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with Landmark Africa's overall business goals and operational objectives. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top-tier talent suited for the hospitality and service sectors in Enugu. Oversee employee onboarding, training programs, performance management, and career development initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving workplace issues promptly and professionally. Ensure company policies and procedures comply with Nigerian labor laws and industry best practices. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that drives high employee retention and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Applicants must reside in Enugu or its environs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience as an HR Manager or in a similar human resources leadership role.
  • Prior working experience in the hospitality or tourism industry will be a distinct added advantage.
  • Deep commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and human resources metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
