About the Role
Africa CEO Club (ACC), an exclusive, invitation-only network of high-net-worth business founders, C-suite executives, and institutional investors, is seeking a visionary Head of Operations. Operating across all 54 African nations and the global diaspora, our organization provides the critical infrastructure, deal-making pipelines, and policy advocacy necessary to drive economic transformation. Led by Founder and President Fatumata Gay, we are looking for a seasoned operational leader to optimize our internal processes, elevate member experiences, and scale our continental footprint from our base.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless execution of ACC initiatives across all 54 African nations and the global diaspora.
- Manage high-profile stakeholder relationships, delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth founders, C-suite executives, and institutional investors.
- Streamline deal-making pipelines and operational workflows to accelerate cross-border business growth and economic transformation.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder and President, Fatumata Gay, to translate strategic vision into actionable operational milestones.
- Monitor organizational performance metrics, implement robust governance frameworks, and optimize resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of executive operational experience, preferably within elite networking organizations, venture capital, private equity, or corporate leadership.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-country projects and scaling operations across the African continent.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Uncompromising attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with C-suite stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals.
