We are urgently seeking a highly competent and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage comprehensive human resource functions for our esteemed client in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to management, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring our client maintains optimal workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding, employee relations, and comprehensive performance management systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal organizational policies.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee grievances fairly and professionally.
  • Coordinate impactful staff training, professional development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, databases, and general HR documentation.
  • Provide expert strategic HR advisory and support to senior management on workforce planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Recognized professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) will be a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable, relevant HR management experience.
  • Strong, practical knowledge of contemporary HR practices and Nigerian labour regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
