We are currently seeking an experienced and result-driven HR Manager to oversee the daily human resources operations of our eatery, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff effectively, and drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive HR policies, staff handbooks, and codes of conduct while actively enforcing workplace discipline.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and facilitate targeted staff training and development specifically tailored for the fast food and hospitality business.
  • Handle staff conflicts, address queries, and execute disciplinary actions professionally and fairly.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, statutory regulations, and industry-specific food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department to accurately manage payroll, track overtime, process salary advances, and coordinate staff welfare programs.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven HR experience working specifically within a restaurant, hotel, or quick-service restaurant environment.
  • Must possess a recognized professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and modern HR software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
