We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned HR Manager to drive our human capital strategy across onshore and offshore locations. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage comprehensive human resources functions across multiple onshore and offshore project sites.
- Drive effective people management, talent acquisition, and employee relations strategies.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and negotiate favorable terms while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards under high-pressure environments.
- Collaborate with operations teams to manage workforce deployment for industrial catering projects.
- 5 to 10 years of professional human resources experience, preferably within the industrial catering or oil and gas support sectors.
- Mandatory certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
- Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and meet tight deadlines across multiple operational sites.
