We are currently seeking a strategic, experienced, and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support the development of a high-performing workforce in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives and Nigerian labour laws.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training needs assessments, and professional development programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, HR documentation, and accurate employee record maintenance.
- Monitor key HR metrics and prepare reports to provide actionable workforce insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR management or a senior HR generalist role.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or PHR are strongly preferred.
