About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Human Resources department, ensuring recruitment, employee records, and day-to-day HR activities are effectively coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with applicants.
  • Support the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic employee files while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Handle HR-related correspondence, draft memos, and serve as the primary point of contact for routine employee inquiries.
  • Track staff attendance, leave requests, and absences while assisting the payroll team with necessary data.
  • Coordinate training sessions, track employee participation, and maintain professional development records.
  • Support employee relations, policy compliance, and the continuous update of staff handbooks.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports, data trackers, and assist with statutory compliance audits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in HR management, HR administration, or a similar support role.
  • Prior experience within the hospitality or hotel industry is considered an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR practices, and employee documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital HR tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities under minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
