About the Role
Dangote Group is a leading African business conglomerate headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, renowned for excellence in manufacturing, logistics, and community development. Dangote Cement Plc is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Head HR Information System to spearhead our HR data governance, systems administration, and workforce analytics.
In this strategic role, you will ensure accurate, reliable, and decision-ready HR information across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and related platforms. You will resolve data inconsistencies, strengthen data ownership, and deliver actionable insights to drive strategic workforce planning and operational excellence across all company locations.
Key Responsibilities- Administer SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR applications, maintaining accurate employee records, organizational structures, and workflows.
- Lead periodic data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and audit compliance for all HR master data.
- Develop standard and ad-hoc workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports covering headcount, turnover, and cost drivers.
- Drive HR process automation and digital transformation across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide first-level user support, develop training guides, and foster a culture of data discipline among HR stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of robust experience in HRIS administration, HR data management, and digital transformation.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI are highly advantageous.
