About the Role
Interrand Homes & Properties Limited, a leading subsidiary of the reputable Interrand Group, is a dynamic Construction and Real Estate Development company with thriving offices in Abuja, Lagos, and Ibadan. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function. In this pivotal role, you will champion our organizational culture, drive talent acquisition, optimize performance management, and ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws across all our branches.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the overarching business objectives of the company.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process to attract top industry professionals.
- Manage robust performance appraisal systems, KPI tracking, and employee career progression frameworks.
- Handle complex employee relations, mediate grievances, and oversee fair disciplinary procedures.
- Supervise compensation and benefits administration alongside accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Coordinate engaging training sessions, comprehensive onboarding programs, and ongoing staff development initiatives.
- Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies in strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Supervise HR administrative staff and generate detailed periodic reports for executive management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory professional certification including CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Nigerian labour law and industrial relations.
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communication.
