About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the ceramics manufacturing sector for a seasoned and dynamic HR Generalist to lead our client's human resources operations in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain the HR Quality Management System to ensure operational excellence across all human resource functions.
  • Develop, review, and update comprehensive HR policies aligned with Nigerian labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough HR risk analyses and manage robust metrics and Management Information Systems (MIS) to track workforce performance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Performance Management System, ensuring clear goal alignment and constructive appraisals.
  • Manage accurate and timely HR payroll processing alongside related compensation and benefits administration.
  • Lead strategic HR project management initiatives to drive workforce engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Active CIPM membership is a strong advantage.
  • Prior working experience or deep familiarity with the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities with proven communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR strategies.
