We are currently looking for a dedicated Social & Behaviour Change Communication Officer to join our team in Nigeria to drive community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and impactful reproductive health programs.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute community entry activities, stakeholder mapping, and strategic engagement plans with local leaders, government officials, and community groups.
- Lead Community Based Organization (CBO) management, capacity building, and implementation of robust communication strategies for stigma reduction and client sensitization.
- Drive demand creation, marketing, and client uptake of MSI Nigeria products and services in alignment with channel targets.
- Conduct advocacy meetings with traditional, religious, and political leaders to foster an enabling environment for program execution.
- Ensure accurate data collection, timely reporting, referral tracking, and the documentation of success stories with high-quality media.
- First Degree in any relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC experience in strategic communications or public health.
- Proven experience in Civil Society Organization (CSO) management, community engagement, and high-level advocacy.
- Strong knowledge of donor contract requirements, budgeting, and project reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior government officials.
