About the Role
Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is a dynamic healthcare and service provider with operations across Lagos and Port-Harcourt. We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our people operations across our corporate teams, service centres, and operational facilities, ensuring our workforce successfully drives our business expansion and high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across all company locations and operational units.
- Drive performance management processes, capability development, and impactful training programs.
- Build a high-performance culture, implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives to boost morale.
- Oversee core HR operations, payroll administration, benefits, HRIS data, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and coach managers on leadership best practices.
- Partner with senior management to align human resources strategies with overall business growth goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field (Law or MBA is an added advantage).
- 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is preferred.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and strategic workforce planning.
- High emotional intelligence, exceptional leadership, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
