About the Role
Smart Partners is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our human resources operations, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organisational success through effective people management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day HR operations, personnel records, and employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, and exits.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Administer performance management systems, tracking KPIs, appraisals, and professional development plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and Nigerian labour laws.
- Provide accurate monthly payroll inputs and support the administration of employee benefits and welfare programmes.
- Generate comprehensive HR metrics, reports, and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional HR experience in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification such as CIPM is an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian employment practices, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern HRIS and payroll software.
