About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Executive to support our growing people operations and ensure the effective management of the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our human resources strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning people initiatives with our corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure new hires have necessary documentation, equipment, and access.
  • Manage attendance, punctuality, leave, and support payroll preparation.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Support performance management, appraisal processes, and KPI tracking in collaboration with team leads.
  • Coordinate employee welfare initiatives, benefits, HMO, and wellness programs.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and exit interviews professionally.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist, preferably within the fintech or tech sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR analytics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
