We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team and support our workforce in maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of medical and administrative staff.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and hospital policies.
  • Administer staff benefits, payroll inputs, and attendance tracking systems across our 24/7 facilities.
  • Coordinate employee relations, performance management reviews, and continuous professional development programs.
  • Assist in resolving workplace grievances and fostering a positive, inclusive, and highly motivated organizational culture.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for upper management to drive strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPMN, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational capability.
