About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our human resources strategy, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a high-performance work culture within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the timely hiring of top-tier talent and seamless employee onboarding.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, maintaining training calendars, and tracking employee participation.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing queries, resolving workplace concerns, and assisting with disciplinary processes in line with Nigerian labour laws.
  • Oversee performance management processes by tracking review completions and maintaining accurate performance records.
  • Administer employee benefits such as HMO, coordinate payroll inputs, and support leave and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases, update the HRIS, and prepare periodic reports on key workforce metrics.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, employee engagement activities, and workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven HR experience, preferably within a technology, fintech, or financial services environment.
  • Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is a strong added advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian employment practices, labour laws, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
