About the Role

COISCO Integrated Resources and Petroleum Limited is a leading indigenous downstream oil and gas company established in 2006. Driven by passion, grit, and strong leadership, we are expanding our operations and currently seeking a highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented HR & Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ogbaku, Imo State. The ideal candidate will combine a solid understanding of human resources with exceptional numerical and analytical capabilities to provide management with actionable workforce insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysing employee and workforce data to support comprehensive HR administration and planning.
  • Preparing periodic operations and HR reports, management dashboards, and data trackers.
  • Tracking key operational and HR metrics including sales, pump data, and related performance indicators.
  • Maintaining accurate HR databases, records, and digital documentation systems.
  • Developing, improving, and automating Excel-based reporting tools and analytical models.
  • Identifying workforce trends, performance gaps, and strategic opportunities from HR data.
  • Supporting HR audits, compliance reporting, and cross-functional analytical assignments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional experience in data analysis, reporting, HR analytics, or a similar function is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional numerical proficiency and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleaning.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a commitment to absolute data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Must currently reside in Imo State and be able to commute conveniently to Ogbaku every working day.
