About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive, commercially minded HR Consultant to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering comprehensive HR solutions, driving talent acquisition strategies, and fostering strong partnerships with our diverse corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, targeted sourcing, rigorous screening, interviewing, and seamless candidate coordination.
  • Deliver expert HR consulting and advisory services, assisting clients with the development of robust HR policies, employee handbooks, and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement, structured onboarding, performance management frameworks, and workplace culture enhancement initiatives.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both corporate clients and candidates throughout their journey.
  • Participate actively in client meetings, providing strategic insights and timely progress updates on ongoing recruitment and HR assignments.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports, detailed recruitment trackers, and other critical documentation to ensure operational transparency.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure professional handling of sensitive client and employee information at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional HR experience, preferably gained within an HR consulting firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong, demonstrable hands-on recruitment experience with a proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles.
  • Solid operational knowledge of employee engagement strategies, HR best practices, and labor regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in contributing to business development initiatives.
  • High level of organization, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
