We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Nigeria and help drive organizational excellence for our diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with department heads to understand business objectives and develop tailored HR solutions.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring timely and quality hires to meet strategic company goals.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, constructive feedback, and annual appraisals.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, company HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Identify training and development needs and support the successful implementation of capacity-building programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to influence data-driven decisions and drive continuous workplace improvement.
- Support change management and organizational design initiatives to optimize workforce structures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or business partner role.
- Strong, practical knowledge of Nigerian employment laws and contemporary HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance development.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on operational HR task execution.
