Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, talent management, and employee onboarding initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring strict HR compliance and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Facilitate positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally.
- Direct daily administrative HR functions to foster a productive and engaging workplace culture.
- Prepare and deliver compelling HR presentations and reports aligned with business objectives.
- Possess a BSc, HND, or relevant professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience working within a structured corporate organization, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG.
- Exceptional knowledge of recruitment, talent management, compensation, compliance, and workplace safety.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with strong presentation abilities.
