We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and people-riented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining smooth HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and providing exceptional support to our employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and manage HR databases in compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for new hires and departing staff.
  • Prepare routine HR documents, official letters, periodic reports, and administrative materials.
  • Monitor and support attendance, leave tracking, and overall employee record management.
  • Assist in coordinating impactful employee engagement activities and internal company communications.
  • Respond promptly to employee HR-related inquiries, offering guidance and appropriate support.
  • Support payroll administration and other foundational HR processes.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and secure physical and digital filing of all sensitive employee information.
  • Support the implementation, communication, and enforcement of company HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant HR or administrative internship experience is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of Nigerian labour laws, HR practices, and administrative processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
