Key Responsibilities- Support compensation, benefits, salary reviews, promotions, and incentive administration.
- Maintain accurate employee, compensation, benefits, and HRIS records while ensuring strict confidentiality and audit-readiness.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and timely remittances.
- Coordinate training programmes and track attendance, completion rates, and overall training effectiveness.
- Support training needs analysis and drive employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement activities, and other strategic HR projects.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid leadership in decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern HRIS or payroll systems.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll processes, compensation structures, and Nigerian statutory regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
