About the Role

Sundry Foods Limited, a leading and rapidly expanding food services company in Nigeria operating prominent brands such as Kilimanjaro Restaurants and Pizza Jungle, is seeking a dynamic HR Administrator - Business Partnering to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving HR best practices, fostering employee engagement, and aligning human resources strategies with our business goals across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving all people-related inquiries and employee relations issues within the assigned region.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to maintain optimal staffing levels across store locations.
  • Partner closely with business unit managers to build leadership capabilities and ensure strict compliance with company HR policies.
  • Facilitate regular refresher training sessions and oversee on-the-job training to maintain consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate staff engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and feedback sessions to boost morale and bridge the gap between regional staff and the head office.
  • Support performance management processes, including crew appraisal reviews and incentive program administration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of a Second Class Lower from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources management functions within a fast-paced work environment, preferably in retail or quick service restaurants.
  • Mandatory possession of a recognized professional HR certification such as CIPM.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • Willingness and availability to travel occasionally for regional store visits and audits.
