About the Role
White Soul Motors Ltd, a leading subsidiary of White Soul Investment Ltd with a 19-year track record of excellence in the Nigerian and international automobile industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR/Admin Supervisor. In this pivotal role based at our Calabar office, you will oversee day-to-day human resources and administrative activities, ensuring seamless office operations, effective employee management, and strict adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily HR and administrative activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency at the Calabar office.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and documentation in line with company standards.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, candidate selection, and comprehensive onboarding.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave applications, probation periods, confirmations, and general employee movements.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, resolve queries, and manage disciplinary matters professionally.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate and timely employee attendance and compensation data to the Finance team.
- Ensure full compliance with company HR policies and relevant Nigerian statutory employment requirements.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and general administrative needs.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Fleet, Workshop, and HSE teams to resolve employee and workplace matters.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Prior experience in haulage, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or similar operational environments is a distinct advantage.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPM or SHRM are strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR practices, employee relations, and general administration.
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
