About the Role

From our roots as the pioneer in pay-as-you-go solar energy, we have grown into one of the most advanced connected asset financing platforms in the world. We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior People Partner to own the people agenda for our Product organization and key global functions, driving strategic impact across multiple markets and operating models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and structural transformations across diverse client groups.
  • Build people management capabilities by coaching leaders on hiring, performance management, and career development.
  • Scale and retain top-tier product, design, analytics, and marketing talent in a competitive global market.
  • Leverage people analytics in collaboration with Centres of Excellence to turn data into actionable workforce insights.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters in partnership with our specialized ER Centre of Excellence.
  • Embed M-KOPA values into everyday team rituals, performance frameworks, and feedback loops.

Qualifications
  • Proven HR business partnering experience within a scaling technology, FinTech, or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated exposure to product, design, marketing, or analytics talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • High adaptability and breadth to manage diverse teams, ranging from creative designers to high-stakes fraud operations.
  • Strong strategic and operational range, capable of executing long-term plans and day-to-day HR deliverables.
  • Experience supporting cross-cultural, globally distributed teams across multiple regions and jurisdictions.
  • Excellent analytical, advisory, and stakeholder management skills with sound risk-mitigation judgment.
