About the Role

Timekeepers International Limited is a premier registered Nigerian company specializing in the importation, distribution, and retailing of luxury watches, jewelry, and accessories from the world's leading brands across the West African sub-region. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-driven HR & Admin Executive to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave management, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, scheduled interviews, and seamless employee documentation.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare official HR letters, periodic reports, internal memos, and other employee-related correspondence.
  • Support accurate and timely payroll administration by providing verified employee data.
  • Oversee general office administration, facility maintenance, office supplies, and vendor management.
  • Assist with inventory-related activities, including stock documentation, periodic reconciliation, and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Support product pricing updates, price-list maintenance, and ensure accurate implementation of approved pricing strategies.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality, proper documentation, and full compliance with internal company policies and Nigerian labor regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven relevant experience in human resources and general administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, Nigerian labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage sensitive information discreetly, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a retail, distribution, or fast-paced business environment is an added advantage.
  • Relevant HR professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) will be considered a strong plus.
