We are currently recruiting a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our luxury hospitality team in Nigeria, ensuring our facilities consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and housekeeping personnel.
- Inspect all cleaned guestrooms, suites, VIP areas, and public spaces prior to release for occupancy.
- Monitor linen distribution, laundry inventory, cleaning chemicals, and housekeeping equipment par levels.
- Train, mentor, and coach newly recruited staff on luxury hospitality standards and safety compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, and Security departments to resolve maintenance issues and VIP requests promptly.
- National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven housekeeping supervisory experience in a reputable hotel.
- Strong technical knowledge of room inspection standards, chemical handling, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Exceptional attention to detail, team leadership, and communication skills.
