We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our exceptional reputation by overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure maximum efficiency and high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to guarantee compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities, placing orders as necessary while monitoring budget constraints.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to report and track room repairs and facility upkeep.
- Enforce strict safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols across all operational areas.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of modern cleaning technologies, chemicals, and hospitality management software.
