In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our user base, nurturing relationships, and ensuring our community successfully navigates our platform to achieve their educational and professional aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the acquisition of new users through strategic engagement with school and student networks across Nigeria.
- Convert existing registered free users into active, paying subscribers by effectively communicating the value proposition of our AI-powered platform.
- Provide exceptional onboarding support and ongoing guidance to students and young professionals utilizing our services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with educational institutions, student bodies, and key community stakeholders.
- Identify user needs, gather valuable feedback, and collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience and platform offerings.
- Track, analyze, and report on conversion metrics, user engagement levels, and acquisition targets regularly.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- A proactive, highly motivated, and target-driven mindset with a passion for education and career development.
- Relevant prior experience in customer success, sales, user acquisition, or EdTech is a distinct advantage.
- Possession of a relevant degree and familiarity with the Nigerian education or youth ecosystem will be highly beneficial.
