Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a prolific organization that proffers HR and Management Consultancy solutions premised on excellence and innovation. We are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our client's prestigious luxury hospitality team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and housekeeping personnel.
- Inspect all cleaned guestrooms, suites, VIP areas, and public spaces prior to occupancy release.
- Monitor inventory levels for linens, uniforms, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain exceptional luxury standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments.
- Handle lost and found items, guest requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene compliance across all operational areas.
- National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven housekeeping supervisory experience in a reputable hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of room inspection standards, PMS room status entry, and chemical handling.
