Wertvoll Consulting Services is proud to partner with Skyline Premium Hotel in Agbor, Delta State, to recruit a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will lead the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Inspect cleaned rooms and public areas to guarantee they meet the hotel's rigorous cleanliness and presentation benchmarks.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, submitting timely requisitions as needed.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to foster a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with the front desk to ensure timely room turnovers and manage VIP requests effectively.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
