Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of luxury guest rooms, suites, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities according to luxury hospitality standards.
- Inspect rooms and apartments to ensure all fixtures, appliances, and furnishings are in optimal working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to the management team.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and guest-focused environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen stock, reporting shortages when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines across all assigned areas.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and an exceptional eye for detail.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new hospitality standards.
