As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and elegance throughout our rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms to luxury hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities and supplies promptly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report necessary repairs to the maintenance department immediately.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in all assigned public areas, hallways, and event spaces.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and lost-and-found items with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel security, safety, and health regulations.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven housekeeping experience working in a reputable hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy items as required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting respectfully with guests and staff.
