About the Role
Milestone Boutique apartments is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new property, and we are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and hard-working individuals to join our housekeeping team! As a Housekeeper / Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and comfortable for our guests, contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment throughout the premises.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and toilets to perfection following strict hygiene protocols.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle guest requests professionally.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration is essential for success in this role.
- Proximity or ability to commute reliably to Ojodu, Lagos.
