About the Role
Recore Limited, a premier Nigerian human resources and outsourcing firm, is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff, clients, and guests. Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain reception areas, lounges, dining rooms, kitchens, corridors, stairways, and other public or common spaces to the highest standard.
- Empty waste bins regularly and dispose of all refuse safely in strict accordance with company health and safety procedures.
- Maintain the absolute cleanliness of outdoor areas and pathways immediately surrounding the assigned facility.
- Collect, sort, wash, iron, fold, and distribute all linens, uniforms, and towels efficiently.
- Monitor current linen and cleaning supply inventory levels, reporting any shortages or damaged items to management promptly.
- Ensure proper storage of all clean linens, cleaning agents, and housekeeping equipment in designated areas.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification with proven working experience ranging from 1 to 10 years in professional housekeeping or cleaning services.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and follow detailed instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, bending, and lifting.
