We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeper to join our dynamic on-site team on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to rigorous hotel protocol standards.
- Change linens, restock amenities, and replenish all guest supplies promptly.
- Complete efficient room turnovers within the targeted 30-minute timeframe.
- Inspect rooms meticulously before sign-off and address any missed details immediately.
- Identify and report maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning without delay.
- Maintain an organized work area and coordinate smoothly with fellow team members.
- 1 to 3 years of professional housekeeping experience in a hospitality environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven speed and efficiency.
- Strong physical stamina and high levels of integrity and honesty.
- Proficiency in room turnover, bed-making techniques, and chemical handling.
- Familiarity with linen management, inventory tracking, and safety protocols.
- Basic guest communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.
