We are currently looking for a meticulous and reliable Housekeeper to join our prestigious team in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will play a vital part in upholding our reputation for excellence by ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are pristine, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards of luxury.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to established luxury hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and restreplenish guest amenities, towels, and supplies promptly.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of public areas, hallways, and service stations.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and lost-and-found items with utmost professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, sanitation, and security policies and procedures.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or relevant professional qualification in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven previous experience working as a housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
