About the Role
Muse Boutique Hotel, an upscale five-star hospitality establishment situated in Independence Layout, Enugu, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper. Designed to cater to corporate executives, discerning business travelers, and premium leisure guests, our hotel offers a sophisticated environment characterized by contemporary design, high-end amenities, and tailored guest services. Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas in accordance with five-star hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities daily or upon request.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, reporting any damages or safety hazards promptly to the maintenance team.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with utmost professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding hotel linens and guest garments as required.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, stock levels of cleaning supplies, and storage areas in an organized manner.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times within the property.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or relevant hospitality certification from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience as a Housekeeper or Room Attendant in a reputable hotel or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
