We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our management team. Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control operational costs, and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, sanitation, and security regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations promptly and professionally to guarantee high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain property standards through regular facility inspections and coordinated maintenance schedules.
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior hospitality leadership role.
- Strong understanding of hotel management software and general business financial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve effectively, and make sound operational decisions.
- Must be resident in Anambra State or willing to relocate to Nnewi.
