Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas to the highest standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities regularly.
- Ensure all rooms meet the hotel's strict cleanliness and presentation guidelines.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost property promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
- Replenish room supplies and housekeeping materials as required for daily operations.
- Maintain proper use and safe storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests while following hotel service standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality establishment is a distinct advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated honesty, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
