We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved across our client properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and laundry facilities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rigorous cleaning schedules, standard operating procedures, and quality control checklists.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies, linen, guest amenities, and equipment while minimizing waste and controlling operational costs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the front desk and maintenance departments to ensure swift room turnovers and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Handle guest feedback and special requests professionally and efficiently to guarantee an exceptional hospitality experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in housekeeping management within upscale hotels, resorts, or hospitality environments.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern cleaning chemicals, equipment, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and proficiency in inventory management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
